I've spent nearly three decades building and leading operations inside service businesses. Over that time, I've built and run offshore teams in India multiple times, across different company sizes, markets, and operating models, and learned what makes them work and what makes them fail.

 

I built Talentra because growing companies shouldn't have to figure this out from scratch. Every mistake I made is a process we've already built into the model.
